A: Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per color/style. For first-time collaboration, we can accept a trial order of 30 pieces per design to help you test the market.

A: We offer full customization including fabric (Chiffon, Jersey, Modal, Cotton, Liquid Jersey,Bamboo Jersey), size (standard 180x70cm or custom), color matching (Pantone), edge finishing (rolled hem, overlock, lettuce edge, picot edge), and printed labels/logo.
Q: 3. Can I create my own private label / OEM hijabs?
A: Yes, we specialize in OEM and private label services. You can add your brand label, hang tag, care label, and custom packaging - we handle everything from production to branded delivery.
Q: 4. Do you provide samples before bulk production?
A: Yes, we provide pre-production samples. Standard sample fee is refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Sample lead time is 7-10 days, plus shipping time depending on your location.
Q: 5. What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
A: Typical lead time is 15-20 business days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, depending on order volume and complexity. Rush orders can be negotiated.
Q: 6. How do you ensure consistent quality?
A: We have a dedicated QC team that inspects every batch at three stages: incoming fabric inspection, in-line production check, and final random inspection (AQL 2.5). All our fabrics are certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
Q: 7. What fabric is best for hot weather / summer hijabs?
A: Chiffon and Modal Jersey are lightweight and breathable - ideal for summer. Liquid Jersey is also popular for its silky drape and cooling feel. We can recommend the best fabric based on your target market climate.
Q: 8. Can you print custom patterns or designs on hijabs?
A: Yes, we offer digital printing for all-over patterns. Minimum order for custom prints is 50 pieces per design. We can work from your artwork files (AI, PSD, PDF 300dpi).
Q: 9. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions. For regular clients, we offer flexible terms upon negotiation.
Q: 10. Do you ship to the US / UK / Canada / Australia?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide by air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or sea freight. Shipping time by air is typically 5-8 business days, and by sea 20-30 days. We can also ship to your designated forwarder.
